Yes. In voice-activated mode it sits in standby drawing almost no power, then starts recording the moment it hears sound within about 50 feet. When the room falls quiet it stops again, so you come back to the audio that mattered instead of hours of silence. You can also leave it in continuous mode if you would rather it record everything.

Plug it in with the included Type-C / Micro-USB adapter. It shows up as an ordinary USB drive on Windows and macOS, and you drag the WAV files straight off. No software to install, no account to create. You can also listen back on the device itself using the earbud in the box.

Around 50 hours of continuous recording and roughly 30 hours of playback from the 200mAh lithium battery. Left in standby it holds charge for up to 180 days. Storage is 32GB built in — about 376 hours of audio in WAV at 48KHz. No memory card needed, and it charges over the same USB connection you use to move files.

0.23 x 1.2 x 2 inches and 21 grams — shorter than a house key and lighter than a pen, so it sits in a shirt pocket or bag without a bulge. The size costs you nothing in clarity: a double magnetic microphone records uncompressed WAV at 48KHz with an 80db noise-signal ratio, and noise reduction keeps room hum out of the way.

Delivery is free to every country we ship to — the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland — with no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, and anything placed after our 3:00 PM (ET) cut-off moves to the next business day. Transit is then 5 to 7 business days on a tracked service, giving a total estimate of 6 to 10 business days.

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number and link as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can check progress any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, so a blank page on the evening of dispatch is normal. International parcels may also appear to pause for several days while they clear customs in the destination country.

If tracking has not moved for an extended period, or your order is significantly past its estimated delivery date, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Email us with your order number and we will send you a return reference and instructions. There is no restocking fee on any return.

If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you have simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours to pay.

You can open the box and try it — switching the recorder on does not void your return. We only ask that it comes back unused beyond initial testing and complete, with the earbud, adapter and manual, in its original packaging. The device itself is legal to own and sell. What is lawful to record varies between countries and, within the United States, between states — some require the consent of only one party to a conversation, others require the consent of everyone involved. Recording people without their knowledge, and sharing recordings, may carry further obligations under data protection laws such as UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
